Data Deletion Instructions

Rimotik keeps no account data on any server of ours: your Facebook, TikTok and YouTube logins, your videos and your projects are stored only on your own Windows computer. To delete everything Rimotik has for you:

  1. Remove the login from your computer: in Rimotik open YouTube › Kết nối (Connect) and press Disconnect on Facebook (and on TikTok and YouTube if connected). The encrypted token is deleted from your computer at once.
  2. Remove Rimotik's access in Facebook: on Facebook go to Settings & privacy › Settings › Security and login › Business integrations (or Apps and websites), select Rimshort and press Remove. Facebook then deletes the access it gave the app.
  3. Remove your videos and projects: delete the projects in the app, or uninstall Rimotik and delete its data folder.

Posts already published to your Page stay on your Page; delete them in Facebook if you wish. For any question or a deletion request, contact us through our Facebook Page.

Rimotik không lưu dữ liệu tài khoản của bạn trên máy chủ nào: đăng nhập Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, video và dự án chỉ nằm trên máy tính của bạn. Để xoá: (1) trong ứng dụng vào YouTube › Kết nối và bấm Ngắt kết nối Facebook (và TikTok, YouTube nếu có); (2) trên Facebook vào Cài đặt › Bảo mật và đăng nhập › Tiện ích tích hợp cho doanh nghiệp, chọn Rimshort và bấm Gỡ; (3) xoá các dự án trong ứng dụng, hoặc gỡ cài đặt Rimotik và xoá thư mục dữ liệu.
