Rimotik
A Windows desktop app that turns a story or a foreign-language short video into a Vietnamese short film: it translates, dubs, subtitles and renders the video on your own computer, then posts it to your own TikTok, YouTube or Facebook account when you press Post.
The films on Rimoshort.app are made with Rimotik and published on our channels: YouTube, TikTok, Facebook.
What it does
- TranslateSpeech is transcribed, split by speaker and translated into natural spoken Vietnamese. Every line can be reviewed and edited.
- DubEach character gets a voice; lines are timed to the original so the dub matches the picture.
- Subtitle & renderSubtitles are burned in and a 1080×1920 MP4 is rendered, ready for short-video platforms.
- PostThe finished episode is posted to the account the user connected, with a caption the user can edit.
How Rimotik uses TikTok
Rimotik uses Login Kit and the Content Posting API. Nothing is posted automatically: every TikTok post starts with the user pressing a button and choosing the settings below.
- Connect TikTok. In Connections the user presses Connect TikTok. TikTok's own sign-in page opens in the browser; Rimotik never sees the password. After the user authorises, the app shows the connected account's name.
- Open the post screen. On a finished episode the user presses Post to TikTok. Rimotik asks TikTok who the creator is (
creator_info) and shows the nickname, so the user knows which account the video will go to. - Choose the settings. The user previews the video, edits the caption, and must pick a privacy level from the options TikTok returns for that account (there is no default). Comments, Duet and Stitch stay off unless the user turns them on, and are disabled when the account does not allow them.
- Disclose content. A switch declares promotional content (Your brand / Branded content); the matching TikTok label and policy links are shown. AI-generated videos are labelled as such.
- Post. Next to the Post button the user sees the Music Usage Confirmation (and the Branded Content Policy when it applies). After Post, the app shows the upload progress and tells the user that TikTok may take a few minutes to process the video.
- Or send to the inbox. Instead of posting, the user can send the video to their TikTok inbox as a draft and finish the post in the TikTok app.

Tokens are encrypted with Windows Data Protection and stay on the user's computer. The user can disconnect at any time in the app or in TikTok's settings. Details: Privacy Policy · Terms of Service · Data Deletion.
